1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and ("Star Fortune", "we", "us"), the operator of (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a revive pack, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Trading name disclosure. The Service is offered under the trading name Bunny Game Studio. Bunny Game Studio is operated by , which is the sole legal entity responsible for the Service, all purchases and billing, and all customer support. All references to "we", "us" and "Star Fortune" in these Terms mean .

2. Eligibility

The Service is general-audience entertainment intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, you may not use the Service or provide any personal information (see our Children's privacy policy). If you are 13–17, you must review these Terms with a parent or guardian and have their permission. Paid revive packs may only be purchased by adults aged 18+ or by minors with a parent or guardian's permission. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Free trial

The Service offers free play of 10 minutes per day ("Free Trial"). Free Trial time is measured in good faith by our systems, resets daily (local time), is tracked per device for guests and per account for logged-in users, and cannot be accumulated beyond the daily allowance. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Free Trial at any time with notice.

5. Revive packs & top-ups

Paid products are described on the Revive Packs page and include: revive packs (a fixed number of revive credits plus bonus play minutes — Quick Revives $1.99, Casual Pack $4.99, Pro Pack $19.99, Mega Pack $99, Champion Bundle $499) and two independent flexible top-ups — the Revive Top-up (revive credits only) and the Time Top-up (play minutes only) — each added to your balance at the stated rate for any amount you choose from $1 to $500 per order. A revive lets you continue a game after a game over while keeping your score; revives and all purchased play time never expire. Play time is consumed only while you are actively playing a game — each day the free 10-minute trial is used first, and browsing the site or being signed out never consumes your balance. Paid products also remove the daily Free Trial time limit up to the minutes purchased. Packs, prices, revive amounts and bonus rates may change for future purchases; changes do not affect what you have already paid for.

6. Billing & payment

Payment. Revive packs and top-ups are paid in advance by credit card through our PCI-DSS compliant payment service provider. By providing payment details you authorize the charge. All prices are in US dollars.

One-time purchases — no automatic charges. All packs and top-ups are single one-time purchases. We do not store your card details, and your card is never charged automatically or on any recurring basis. Revives and all purchased play time never expire. When your purchased time runs out, your account simply returns to the free daily trial, and you may buy more whenever you choose.

No chargebacks abuse. If you dispute a valid charge, your plan may be suspended pending resolution.

Purchase limits & anti-abuse controls. Each top-up order is limited to $1–$500, and pack prices are fixed. Purchases are for personal entertainment only: your balances of revives and play time are personal to your account, are non-transferable, cannot be resold or traded, and have no cash value — they cannot be converted into money, credits or prizes of value. We screen orders for unusual patterns (for example abnormal amounts, high purchase velocity, mismatched payment details or other irregularities) and may delay, decline or refund an order, suspend the associated balance, or require additional verification, where we reasonably believe an order is fraudulent, abusive, connected to money laundering, or intended for account resale. Orders declined or refunded for these reasons will not be fulfilled. Orders above the largest fixed bundle ($499) are not offered through automated checkout: customers with larger one-time needs are directed to our support team, and such orders are arranged manually with additional identity and payment verification.

7. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not substantially used a pack, and a refund of substantially unused revives and top-up minutes. Details are on our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

8. License to use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and its games for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell or scrape the Service; reverse engineer any software; use bots or automated tools to play; interfere with the Service's operation; or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.

9. No gambling & acceptable use

Star Fortune is a skill-based entertainment service. It is not gambling and contains no gambling features. You agree that you will not use the Service for any form of wagering or real-money gaming, and you acknowledge that:

• Games are played for entertainment only — there are no wagers, no entry fees to win money or prizes of value, and no real-money payouts;
• Plan fees pay only for play time and access, never for a chance to win anything;
• There are no "loot boxes", no paid random rewards, and no mechanism to convert in-game scores or currency into money or prizes of value;
• We may restrict access in jurisdictions where games of this nature are regulated, and you are responsible for complying with local law.

You also agree not to use the Service to harass others, post unlawful content (the Service has no public chat, but this applies to any future features), or attempt to defraud us or other users.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its games, artwork, code, brand names and logos, is owned by or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not use our name, logo or materials without prior written consent.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and its officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the six (6) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100). Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Dispute resolution: arbitration & class action waiver

Informal resolution first. Before initiating any proceeding, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days.

Arbitration agreement. Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will be held in Natrona County, Wyoming (or another mutually agreed location, including by videoconference). Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class action waiver. You and agree that each may bring disputes against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the arbitration agreement above provides otherwise. If you are a resident of another state, you may also have rights under that state's consumer-protection laws, which are not waived.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time; because all plans are one-time purchases that never auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, for fraudulent activity, or where required by law. Upon termination, paid benefits continue only to the end of the period you already paid for (where applicable).

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on the Service and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
